KATE FARM is an art agency specializing in art exhibitions and brand art projects — handling everything from planning and PR to full operations.

Kate Lee ㅣ이 지 연

이지연은 KATE FARM의 대표이자 디렉터로서 15년 이상의 경력을 바탕으로 미술 전시와 브랜드 아트 프로젝트를 전문으로 합니다.

광고 아트디렉터로 커리어를 시작하여, 대림미술관·디뮤지엄에서 큐레이터/홍보·마케팅 파트장으로 6년간 재직하며 매년 사업 성과를 300% 이상 초과 달성하였습니다.

2016년 KATE FARM을 설립한 이래, 전시 〈Whales and I: 고래와 나〉를 파라다이스 시티, SBS, 삼성전자 후원으로 주최·주관하였으며, 서울시립미술관 프로그램 및 다수의 전시와 협력하고, 예술의전당 앙리 카르티에 브레송 사진전, 코오롱 FnC | 커스텀멜로우 〈1DAF: 원데이아츠페스티벌〉, 세종문화회관· 퐁피두센터 키즈 프로그램 등 국내외 주요 문화·예술 프로젝트를 기획·제작·운영하였습니다.

맥콰리대학교 문화예술학 학사(BA), 홍익대학교 대학원 문화예술경영학 석사(MBA) 졸업.

Kate Lee is the Founder & CEO of KATE FARM, a Director with over 15 years of experience specializing in art exhibitions and brand art projects.

She began her career as an Art Director in advertising before joining Daelim Museum and D Museum, where she served six years as a Curator and Head of PR & Marketing — consistently exceeding annual KPI by over 300%.

Since establishing KATE FARM in 2016, she has spearheaded a wide range of major art and cultural projects in Korea and internationally, including the exhibition Whales and I presented with support from Paradise City, SBS and Samsung Electronics; Seoul Museum of Art programs and exhibitions; the photography exhibition Henri Cartier-Bresson: The Decisive Moment at Seoul Arts Center; 1DAF: One Day Arts Festival with KOLON FnC | CUSTOMELLOW; and Centre Pompidou kids' programs in collaboration with Sejong Center for the Performing Arts.

She earned a BA in Arts and Cultural Studies from Macquarie University and an MBA in Arts and Cultural Management from Hongik University Graduate School.
